Return Policy

At Ease, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you wear. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible.

Return Eligibility & Timeframe

You may return your items within 100 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange, provided they meet the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free from damage or alterations
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags attached

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or use cannot be accepted.

How to Start a Return

1. Request your return
Email us at hey@easefitwear.com, with:

  • Your order number
  • Item name
  • Reason for return

2. Prepare your package
Once your return is approved, securely place the item back in its original packaging along with the completed return form.

Important Notes on Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • Please share your tracking number with us once your return is sent.

Because returns are donated directly to women in need through our charity partners, your package may go straight to them instead of our warehouse. Providing your tracking number allows us to confirm delivery and process your refund without delays.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds or exchanges are processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. If you haven’t received your refund 15 business days after confirmation, please contact us at hey@easefitwear.com.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us at hey@easefitwear.com.

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the exchange process. In some cases, store credit will be issued so you can place a new order for your preferred item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hey@easefitwear.com within 14 days of delivery.
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that:

  • Show signs of wear, washing, or damage
  • Are missing original packaging or tags

Special Exceptions

In rare cases, we may send a replacement without requiring the original item to be returned. If the replacement also does not work out, both items must be returned to qualify for a refund.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may choose between:

  • Free reshipment after confirming the correct address
  • Refund once the package arrives back at our facility

Refused Packages

If a package is refused upon delivery and returned to us, you may choose between:

  • Reshipment at no additional cost after confirming your address
  • Refund, minus a 15% restocking fee to cover original shipping costs

Return Denials

Ease Fitwear reserves the right to refuse returns that:

  • Do not meet our return conditions
  • Are returned outside the eligible return window
  • Are sent to an address other than the one provided by our support team
