Shipping Policy
At Ease, we’re committed to getting your order to you as smoothly and reliably as possible. We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure every delivery is handled with care. Below you’ll find all the details regarding our shipping process, timelines, and conditions.
Processing Time
We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy periods, like sales or holidays, it might take a little longer. We appreciate your understanding!
Shipping Methods
We offer standard and express shipping options. The availability of these methods depends on your location and the items in your order.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on every order and offer an express shipping option for an additional cost.
Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives with missing items or shows signs of damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you. To file a claim, include your order number, photos of the outer packaging if damaged, a photo of the packing slip for missing item claims, and a short description of the issue. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.
Important note on packaging damage:
We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. However, if the outer packaging is damaged during transit but the product itself is fully functional and unaffected, this will not qualify for a replacement or refund. If you’re unsure, our support team is happy to help at support@easefitwear.com.
Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking information shows your package as “Delivered” but you have not received it, you’ll need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Once completed, please provide us with proof of loss or official confirmation from the carrier. Claims for orders marked as delivered cannot be accepted after 7 days from the delivery date.
Order Modifications
Need to make a change to your order? We can accommodate modifications such as address updates, quantity changes, or product swaps within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order may already be in processing or transit, and changes will no longer be possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After this time, the order may already be in the shipping process and can no longer be canceled. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
